BUG?: Tag box in Library info pane does not resize correctly

For some relatively small fraction of my resources (and I haven't yet discovered a pattern), the "my tag" box in the Library info pane does not resize to show all my tags.  I can't scroll or click within the box to try to move to the end of the list.  Interestingly, the "my tag" box for the same resource, opened to the info pane in its own tab, is just fine.  I've attached an image to illustrate my issue.

Here's a clue to the issue:  I just noticed that when I clicked in the Library to a resource that was already open on my desktop, the tag box was truncated.  Then I closed the resource; then clicked away from it in the Library; and then clicked back to it in the Library -- and voila! the tag box was full sized so that I could see all the entries and make new ones.
