Passage Guide's Journals section is missing entries

If I look at the passage guide for Luke 10:30 the Journals section returns no results. But if I search Heading Text for <Bible Lk 10:30> I get two results, including an article from Semeia 69-70 that has Luke 10:25-42 in the title. If the whole article is devoted to the passage in which this verse occurs, why won't this article come up in the passage guide?

    For entries to return hits in the Journal section of the Passage Guide, the journals need to have been tagged with the JournalArticle Label and not all journals have been tagged as yet.

    I expect this is why you aren't seeing and results.
