Lost resources

I recently updated to the latest version of the logos app and have a license for Logos 4 Scholar's Library.

Some of my favorite books in my library that I own like "Concise Theology" by J.I. Packer no longer appear in my mobile app library.

What happened? Since I don't have a library upgrade did my app update cut me off from many of my resources?
