The apps no longer show in the play store on my old device... :-(
Yes, it looks like 4.3.9 (from Nov 4) is probably all there is.
Look on the bright side: This is still has a lot of features that we might not have imagined a few years ago when the Android Logos app first appeared. As a casual Logos user (i.e. not a pastor, scholar or other official ministry), I am very satisfied with 4.3.9.
At that time, I had what was Samsung's top phone. I was a novice at smart phones and didn't realize that Sammie had sold me what was soon to be a crippled phone, unable to update past Gingerbread (2.3.6). But Sammie knew this; shame on them. Nevertheless, I am going to stick with it, because I'm too cheap to get into a new one. I've rooted it, so I can get rid of Sammie and T-Mobile's bloatware and am able to cajole updates to the stuff I used, which updates require more and more RAM and storage. That is, the updates that still run on 2.3.6.
I've republished 4.3.9. As long as Google lets us keep it published along side the current version, we will keep it published.
