Suggestion: Resources on Church Legal Responsibilities

After I read http://azdailysun.com/news/national/pastor-accused-of-affairs-fights-to-keep-job/article_8d3a2d0b-04ba-54ea-ab43-890585183c02.html ...
I was a bit surprised that churches occupy legal space in appointing leadership, bylaws, etc. Call me uneducated. But I'd be surprised if quite a few didn't know that.
Anyway I went to Logos to see what they had; I didn't find anything but my search terms might be poor (using google).
On Amazon I did find 'close':

Are volumes like this appropriate to Logos? (I'm familiar with the don't sue each other in the Paulines).
I know Logos has volumes on elder leadership issues, etc. But not 'legal liabilities'.
