How can I remove orphaned mytags in Library?

I have 2 orphaned mytags that show up in my Library under TAGS AND RATINGS. When I sort by mytag, they do not show up. Any ideas how I can remove them? I've tried tagging all my resources with the same tag and then clearing all of the them at once; that didn't work.

For clarification, are you talking about the TAGS AND RATINGS section in the Search filter dropdown?
It's probably a remnant that gets left behind in some user database, probably LibraryCatalog, but someone who knows the databases better than I would be better able to answer that. It should be something that Logos cleans up whenever no more resources have that tag assigned to them, but maybe you have to regenerate the database from scratch for that to happen. Again, I don't know this area well enough to give you advice. I might cause you to break something if I suggested deleting a database and allowing Logos to recreate it. But hopefully that's all it will take. And Faithlife should take note of this thread and plan on doing some automated housekeeping in the database for orphaned tags that are no longer needed.

Orphan tags have been around quite some time. Whether Logos ever cleans them up, I'm not sure. I can see a logic that if you liked a tag, you might like it again (and therefore remember it).
I do know that the 'Hidden' has left over tags. When you resurrect a hidden, it knows the old tag. So, if you have hidden tagged resources, your orphan tag will not likely die.

Yep, that's it. I had other mytags, but when I "cleared" them, they disappeared. These 2 didn't for some reason.

That could be the culprit. I bet it'd be a pain to figure out which resource(s) still has tags...

If they are not Hidden, then you could use LLR if you are running on Windows.
Here is a report on MyTags for my library. It gives you an idea on what the report can show you. i have also turned ON the ResourceID to i could click on it to open the resource with each tag.
