Duplicate PB's

I have a number of PB's. One I keep revising. Now, for some reason that resource is duplicated in the library, though not in my PB list. How do I get rid of the extra (old) PB's which have been deleted from the PB list but not my library? What did I do that made this happen?

Try renaming the older edition.
