ESV Perpetual update

Every time I start the app the ESV wants to update. Any one else seeing this?

I was seeing this... and I think a fix is in the new beta. I am not sure if this issue is the same or not (from the beta release notes)

• Fixed issue of a resource asking to be downloaded (repeatedly)
