Note Indicators seem fuzzy

In L6 the Note Indicators appear fuzzy when viewing them in my Bibles.

Below is how they appear in L5

Below is how they appear in L6

L6 appears to draw a blue & white outline around the note indicators.

Is there a way to view them like L5 & L4 displayed them?

i guess this issue is not distracting to others (no replies)

perhaps it is just me, might be my older eyes get distracted when reading and they see something fuzzy inline with the text

Steve, when I saw the title I thought that fuzzy search was back [:O]...I wonder what happened to that request from years ago. I'll have to go and see how this works with my logos up and I'll reply then. My older eyes have a similar problem with many of the screens, sometimes if you don't use the highest screen resolution I've noticed that it does affect the look of an object. But if I don't use a lower resolution, I can't read any text, unless I use some reading glasses.

on my MBP retina note indicators appear fine, but NOT the speaker icon:

as a general design rule - darker borders make items sharper, lighter borders - more fuzzy.

the rectangle does look OK, try changing to those other Note Indicators on the right and see if they look OK.
(as you can see when zoomed, they have outlines added to the ones in L6)

still sharp on my Retina screen. What is resolution of your monitor?

sorry, I looked up your display resolution and it is 1140x900. my monitor has 4x pixels - 2280x1800, this could be the reason why rendering is smoother on my screen. Logos probably changed the size/resolution of their icons, that is why they appear fuzzier in L6 compared to L5

i haven't updated my signature. i have a new Dell that i got in September.
It's display is 1600 x 900. But i do use a built-in graphics adapter.

Guess i will have to get used to it or use L5 (i have 3 user accounts with L4, L5, L6).

no trouble at all. I think the biggest "fuzziness" factor is the light colored outline of icons. I'll submit a request to change that.
