Down loading resources to iPad hard drive

We're going on holidays soon and I have some questions:
- If I don't have internet access, can I still read my resources on my iPad?
- Are my resources automatically downloaded to my iPad or do I need to do that myself?
- How do I find out which if any resources are downloaded on my iPad?

Hey mm,
1. Yes, but only if you first download those resources to your iPad (while you still have internet access).
2. Resources are *not* automatically downloaded to your iPad - it's up to you to choose which resources you want downloaded.
3. Open the Library view and enter "local:" (case sensitive, no quotes, and the colon is required) in the search field near the top. - Or - (which might be faster) - just put your device into Airplane mode and see which resources you can access.0 -
That's pretty cool about the airplane mode.
- So whatever book I want I need to down load it/them?
- whatever resource I do not want I can "remove" from my iPad library?
Correct?
