Logos 6 Will Not Search My Library - Support has not fixed in 2 days

I'm having trouble with the software as Logos 6 will not search my library. I called and spoke with support 3 times, and they too are unable to help. I have all of the latest versions of both Apple and Logos, I've re-downloaded and re indexed my entire library and a search for "God" under everything continues to return zero results. I have research paper due tomorrow and I need this to work soon. I need to search some pretty heavy material and I obviously no longer have the time to read. SOMEONE HELP ME!

I don't understand the relationship between "searching everything" and now just finding information in the LBD

Very strange

When I just search the LBD I get different numbers of results to you - which probably suggests a different version

My LBD resource information (found by clicking the "i" button at the top right of the dictionary) is below - how does this compare to yours?

I also note that you are finding hits in nearly twice as many articles as I get for the LBD. Are you sure there aren't other resources returning results further down the screen?

Roughly how many resources do you have in your library?

I've just enabled "match all word forms" and now get the same number of LBD hits.

At least, we've cleared that one up.[:)]

Can you post a screenshot showing all sections from an "Everything" search with the sections collapsed as below?

Clearly you should be getting more results. Please upload some logs straight after you run that search on All Resources

Sounds like a corrupt index, maybe. Hopefully the log file will reveal what's going on.

Don't expect anything whilst it is indexing.

If it is the tool I recommended you can also upload (via paper clip icon) the log file folder here when indexing is complete and after you have run the search (don't restart Logos after the indexing else you will lose the indexer log).
