Audio - Read Aloud Feature?
Hello,I have a iphone 6plus and logos installed and open a newly purchased book and saw a audio play button as if the app had the ability to read the book aloud to me but then the play button went away and I can not seem to locate the feature again. Can you please give me instructions how to use the audio feature in the logos app, I cannot locate it? Thanks and God bless

If you tap on the resource you should see a menu of options appear at the top - one of which is a loudspeaker icon.
Does one appear, and does tapping it bring up a set of audio controls at the bottom of the screen?

Which book? For clarification: the only "read aloud" that is supported directly from within the app is the audiobook feature. The LEB and ESV are the likely candidates. You will have to download the LEB audio to use offline, and you MUST be online to use the ESV.

Hello Graham,Thanks for the suggestion - i looked and cannot find it. Here are my choices from with a resource, example the esv. I saw another post where there was the picture of the speaker put i do not see it on mine (my phone does have internet access). Am i not looking in the right area? Or does a setting have to be turned on? Thanks again.

Hello Alabama24, Originally i did even know the iphone logos app could do audio "read aloud' - last night i bought a book from Vyrso called "Samson and the Pirate Monks". Then i went to my phone and searched my library for it and found it, then selected it - when the book loaded, on the bottom of the screen i had a play button and it said something like "preparing", then i tapped something on the screen and it went away never to be found again.

On my iPad, the speaker icon appears between the two icons you show beneath the text (the "action" icon and the star)
Hopefully some with an iPhone will be able to advise whether they see it a well

There must be some glitch there... you can't "read aloud" any of those books. Try opening the Lexham English Bible. It automatically comes with the audio book... The ESV you must "purchase" (for free) the audio book.

Thanks for all the help, I understand now. I guess it was a glitch that it showed up on a different resource momentarily.
