I'm sorry but I don't understand your post.

Are you saying you are seeing similar issues to those reported in those other threads or something else?

Please clarify what issues you have / what questions you are asking?

I'll guess at what you mean

1) if you don't own any journals that are tagged for the journal section and are primarily about the requested reference, the journal section will be empty.

2) you have to create the labels you want in the highlighting palette. There aren't any in the palettes delivered in the application.
