crash

I have Logos 5 and a space dedicated to the study of Zechariah. I have a lot of books (20 plus) and lots of windows (6) in that space. But once I open "An Exegetical Commentary; Haggai, Zechariah, Malachi by Eugene H. Merrill, the program crashes (not instantly) within five minutes. Removing Merrill, and the work space is free of problems, as are my other work spaces (Romans and 2 Corinthians). It took me a long time to find which book was the problem. I would like to find a fix, because I want to use that book. I may have to get my copy off my book shelf!!!

Graham gave good advice that logs will help us and Logos to be more certain about the cause of errors.

But since it seems you already identified a resource issue, if this really is the cause of the crash, a way to fix this would be to

hide the resource (in library view, select the book and ctrl-right-click, select "Hide book" from the context menu) and restart Logos.
then unhide it (command "update resources" might work best) and restart Logos again.

This procedure will delete the corrupt resource from your PC and redownload it anew from the Logos server.
