What's wrong with this query?

I keep checking this but can't find anything wrong with it. No results come up and I'm virtually certain I should get result with this query. 

(Eastern Church", Orthodox) WITHIN 25 WORDS (filioque AND "Council of Constantinople")

I'm trying to find either Eastern Church or Orthodox within 25 words of filioque and the Council of Constantinople.

Can anyone find what's wrong with the query?

So it is an invalid query.

(filioque AND "Council of Constantinople" WITHIN 25 WORDS orthodox) OR (filioque AND "Council of Constantinople" WITHIN 25 WORDS "Eastern Church")

should give you what you want - maybe someone can refine this somewhat
