My library has classified volume 1 of Philip Schaff's The Creeds of Christendom as a Monograph and volumes 2 and 3 as Commentary; is that correct? Thanks in advance!
Yes, that appears to be how they are typed in all of our libraries. I'm not sure that is correct. It seems odd to me. Someone from Faithlife will need to verify this.
If you are absolutely certain that some metadata is wrong (any of the fields in the Library listing), you can report that on the Metadata correction proposals page on the Logos wiki, if you're comfortable editing a wiki. It's open for anyone to edit, and there are instructions available here.
