How it works: Logos will then remove the license for the material you purchased from your account. The next time your licenses sync you will no longer have access to the resources and tools that you downloaded. Syncing those licenses may be necessary to complete the return policy procedures. I don't really know.

Does that clarify things for you?

Over-all it's a great program but my personal books feature crashes ever time I try to use it. I've reported this and they are working on it. The reason I bought 6 was because I tried 5 for about a month using just my own books and it worked great. That was on a 32 bit Win 7 PC. This is a new Win 7 64 bit PC. If I wait too much longer my return privilege will expire. So I guess I'm thinking about ducking out now and trying again later.

Problem Solved! Tommy fixed it saying that a Dell Backup program needed updating. I don't know how that relates, but I've seen some strange software conflicts over the years, and this was one of them. It was my "bug" all along and all I can say is - thanks for stepping on it! L6 is working great!
