I just got a new computer and need to load Logos 6 onto it. I remember speaking with a technician and he said to add Logos to a new device you can download the material from the website. I have been looking under my account on the website but I do not see where it gives me that option. Does anyone know how to do this or do I have to call Logos and get them to send me a new e-mail with the downloadable contents?

Hi William - and welcome to the forums

Try going to the "orders" page (off your name at the top right of the Logos website), click "order history" and then scroll down until you find the order associated with your purchase of Logos 6

Click on that, scroll to the bottom and you should see a button to download the software

Alternatively, if you still have access to Logos on your old computer, you could try the methods outlined at https://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_multiple_computers#Logos_6

If you go into your order history and click the order # link for your L6 package, there should be a download link there.

You should be able to do this yourself (no new email needed or advised!). From your new computer go to your Order History page on Logos.com. Make sure you're signed in with the same email/password you used when you bought Logos, then go to https://www.logos.com/account/orders/history Find your most recent base package or crossgrade purchase then click on the order number (not the name of the package!) and you'll find a link to download the program.

If you want to save some time, you could follow one of the methods found in the WIKI here: https://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_multiple_computers Most folks find Method 3 to be the most reliable. Please note that these installations methods are not supported by Logos, but if you have a problem another user on the forums should be able to help.

Go to: http://www.logos.com/account/orders/history ... and locate Your base-package purchase and click on the order number. There You find the links.

Alternatively, go to: Verbum 6 Core Crossgrade ... to find the download link for the Catholic software.

If You want ta simplified interface, go to the Noet forum to find the installation link.

Then go to: https://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_multiple_computers if You have a Windows machine and click Logos 6 and thereafter choose method 3, or go to: Quick Installation onto Multiple Macs if You have a Mac.
