Verbum 6 Update

After downloading the Verbum 6 update, I get the following error when I proceed to install:

Update Error!

An error occurred while extracting the archive. Please try again later.

Button: Cancel Update. 

**************************************************************************************

Can anyone please help me resolve this error?

It may help the forum experts (I'm not one) if you could provide a little more context regarding the error.  For example, Operating System you are using and the steps leading up to the error, etc.  These links may help:
