Is there a way to dump Logos 6 and return to the previous version. I've had nothing but trouble with 6 . . . painfully slow loading, seemingly constant indexing, and now it won't even load.

You would need to contact Customer Services and ask for a refund.
Then deinstall Logos 6 and delete all the data you have downloaded (as many of these would have been upgraded for L6 and no longer compatible with L5)
Then you could reinstall Logos 5 (use the free engine) and your resources would be downloaded again

Have you contacted Customer Services about these issues? What happens when you try and start Logos? Do you have any logs you could upload?
Not quite true.
Bruce,
Save your resources before uninstalling e.g. move the Resources folder out of the Logos folder. After uninstalling remove the Logos folder that is left in C:\Users\Bruce\AppData\Local\. Then you can install Logos 5 using Method 3. The scan command will accept almost all of your 'normal' resources and ignore Logos 6-specific ones e.g. the Interactive resources and new datasets. Anything missing will be downloaded.
Dave,
Thanks for clarifying that.
Very helpful, Graham
If have adequate free storage, an alternative is installing Verbum 5.2b so can use 32 bit Verbum 5.2b and 64 bit Logos 6 at the same time.
Does rebooting computer affect Logos 6 loading?
Without looking at diagnostic log files, humanly have no idea why Logos 6 won't load; wiki has => https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
