New phone, Logos asks whether to download resources again...
Greets -- I was just issue a "new" (to me) iphone 4s, restored from backup of my old phone.
I've successfully downloaded and installed a fresh copy of the Logos app today (12/18/2014, ~5:00pm). The app is telling me that some of the resources that I formerly had installed are not found, and asks me whether to download them.
I tell Logos to continue, and nothing happens. the next time I run the app, it prompts me with the question again.
Looking at my Library, my 'downloaded' resources have a dark "i" indicating that as far as the Logos servers know, they are downloaded. However, checking my memory usage for the Logos app, it is small (~95 MB if I recall), which leads me to believe that the resources are not actually downloaded.
Please advise? Hope I'm not duping another thread (did a cursory scan, but a bit pressed for time so couldn't be a diligent as I ordinarily would be. Apologies.)
Thanks,
--Will

If the Logos app was installed on your old phone when you did the iTunes backup, please completely remove the Logos app from your device and install a fresh copy from the Apple Store.

Thanks Kevin -- working on it. Is there any way to download all of the previously downloaded resources (those previously selected -- not my entire library) instead of initiating each download one by one... (a bit tedious)...
Thanks again for all,

There currently isn't a way to do this since it's a different device.
What might make things quicker is to search your Library by author, title, rank, etc. for those resources you might want to download to your device, and when the results appear in the Library you can drag down on the screen and the Download All link will appear - this will download all of the resources in your search result.

More thanks Kevin. If not already done, Can this functionality be captured as an enhancement request? (ie logos servers remember what resrcs were downloaded to a given device so that they can be downloaded more easily in the future). Not that I'm counting on a bunch of fresh-installs in the future, but , well I'm counting on it , given the number of times I've had to historically, given updates, crashes, etc.

If you have more than one logos app installed (and logged in), you should be able to do a reinstall and have logos remember the device. If you don't, apple will assign a new ID and logos won't know that is the same device... But that wouldn't help you because you did, in fact, have a new (different) device.
one option would be to create a tag in the desktop app to assign to your mobile downloaded resouces. You could then filter your mobile library and download only those resources.
