Adding a mobile device
I can't figure out how to get a mobile device to show up in my list of mobile devices. I have the app installed on both my iPhone and my iPad. The iPhone shows up on my list of mobile devices, but the iPad doesn't. I have gone round and round in the site trying to find any information on how to get a mobile device to show up on the list, but I haven't been able to find that information. I have logged in on both devices, but one one is showing up in my account, so I can't download resources to my iPad.
Any suggestions?

Out of desperation I deleted my Bible! Logos app and re-installed it. That seems to have taken care of the problem.
I think what was wrong is that I may have installed the app on my iPad before purchasing Logos 6, so by re-installing and re-registering the app I updated the settings to include the iPad.
My Library purchases are showing up now and my iPad is appearing on the list of mobile devices.

For clarification: Were you not able to see the device within the desktop app (L5/L6) to be able to download resources, or could you not see and download the resources within the mobile app?
The app is designed for "one user," so there isnt a log out procedure. It sounds like you did what you needed to do (delete and reinstall). On the other hand, if you were able to see your resources, I just want to make sure you know that you can download resources directly from the mobile app... you don't HAVE to use the desktop app to do so.
