Mobile device list is ommitted in Logos 6

Hello!

I purchased a new tablet, Samsung galaxy tap s 10.5, and installed Logos Bible. It was so Good than new Nexus 7.

But, when attemting download from my Windows PC (L6), there is ommitted new device.

Please tell me how to register a new device?

I can't help the OP but I do want add some information in case someone from FL reads this:

I got a new Android phone a couple days ago. It doesn't show up on my desktop (L6 Win) nor on my account page at logos.com.

Trying to direct downloads from my L6 library hasn't worked for some time, even on my old registered phone. I think something is broken here. Resources download fine from the phone itself.

Some funny things are happening.

The work round for me was to use Verbum and everything worked OK for downloading to that. It doid not work for the others so my problems may not be the same as the others on those threads. See what you think.
