No email notification when prepubs shipped

In the last few days a couple of prepubs have been delivered to my account - but I didn't receive any email notification for them.

These were:

Themelios vol 39 on Dec 16
"In the Beginning... We misunderstood" on Dec 18

I used to get notifications - and the last I received was 14 November which is the most recent prepub I received before the two this week

Are others getting email notifications when prepub ships?

I'm still getting the emails, just got one today in fact, for "In the Beginning... We misunderstood."

First, I'd check your spam folder, which you've probably already done. And make sure you have LogosCustomerService@logos.com in your list of allowed senders for your spam filter.

Second, I've had times when I haven't received the emails and it's been due to a complicated problem with my email account. Can't even begin to explain it. I use a forwarding address for my Logos email account, and the forwarding wasn't working for a while. I'm sure that's not the same issue for you, but there could be some other explanation with your email provider rejecting emails from Logos (thinking they're spam) or something.

I hope you can get to the bottom of it.
