It is definitely an inability to log in as I read it (I'm not a Mac person). Check with customer service that you are using the correct login information Skype, chat or email if you are unable to phone cheaply.
I had a similar problem earlier today. Seems I had created a collection with no resources - titled it "All Books". Check to see what you are trying to look at from your library - if it does not say "All Resources" it very well could be a problem similar to what I was seeing. Thank you to Technical Support for pointing me in the right direction.
