Crash(s): Starting when I clicked on LHB panel

Logos first crashed after I clicked on the panel for LHB. It was sudden as there is no crash log.

The Event Viewer only has an entry for Application Error:-

When I tried to restart Logos it crashed in the same manner:-

Event Viewer had the same information.

Opened Logos to a blank layout and crashed again when I try to open Notes-test from the Documents menu.

And i think it is trying to sync a Tag I had added hours before "Tag Mt 14" (see LHB_Crash.zip).  I can load the Note file in 5.2b on the same computer and I removed the annotation I had tagged, but Logos 6 crashed again.

It also crashed when opening SBLGNT from the Command box.
