Is there a way to figure out the location of material in Vyrso books for the purpose of citing? Thanks
Other than by finding the text in another edition of the books, e.g., via GoogleBooks (not always possible), no. Vyrso books have to be cited as non-paginated ebooks; how that works depends on your chosen citation style.

At one time I was an "expert" and cited by known sources (see below for examples), but it has been too long since this was an interest of mine to be an expert today.

Both of these sources cite work I did back in the mid-1990s about citing the internet. I would not trust these sources either. If they are still quoting me, they are outdated as of today.
