Bug- Crash

I was closing out of another panel and the application froze. During this log it was me currently closing out of factbook but this problem has occurred serval times with serval different panels since updating from 61601.5.63. 

Currently running 6 on: 

Macbook pro- 2.8GHz, 16 GB ram, NVIDIA Graphics and SSD drive

The logs (incl. Console log) don't show anything useful - certainly not a crash. But try removing/clearing History (Tools >> History).

What is the title of LLS:29.1.40 (type this Id into Command box)?+
