Crash - Indexing crashes at 56% and program closes

I can't decipher logs, but I had a similar problem a few weeks ago, and a working solution was found and is reported in this thread:

You might wait until Dave Hooten sees this before deleting anything. He'll know what to do.

Your indexer log doesn't show an error, it just stops during indexing.

There should be an indexer error file in the same location, possibly accompanied by a Logos crash log. You may want to grab all of these (there might even be an L6 installation log) into a zip.
Then restart Logos with holding the ctrl-key down, which will start L6 to a blank layout and invoke the detailed logos.log. Let it run until the crash is over, then
capture all logs newer than the zip from step 1 into a new zip
attach both to a reply post here - Dave or whomever comes along will be happy to have something to analyze.

You should check & paste the relevant Windows Event log if there is no Logos crash log
