BUG: Factbook Entries

This is a minor issue, but one that is annoying. 

If I enter the word "scribe" I get the following options

In order to get this report I must enter "A scribe"

More than annoying, it is not expected. Many other suggestions are hidden until one enters a similar qualifier e.g "Sea" lists "Red Sea" and "Salt Sea" but not "Dead Sea".
