Logos 4/5 Crashing While Loading (Intro Sound Playing)

Greetings, I installed Logos 4 and everytime I try to run it it crashes right when the intro music starts to play and the main windows opens (I can only see a black page since the program didn't finish loading). It does it regardles of whether I have downloaded resources (the first time you install it) or not. I tried updating to Logos 5 and the same thing happened. What should I do?

Hi Carlos - and welcome to the forums

Please enable diagnostic logging as per https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging then try and start Logos and post logs in a reply to this thread (using the paperclip icon) after a crash.

Do you happen to have FL Studio 11 installed? See Mike's post here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/98251.aspx The mention of the intro music sounds suspiciously like that issue.
