logos timesaving tips video will not work on PC or Kindle Fire

Kindle - everything downloads - press a chapter - nothing happens

Press information icon and press media downloads everything downloads but will not play.

First time kindle user.

PC -

Everything downloads - press chapter - big black box appears we cant access the media you are trying to play

Any help would be appreciated.

It might help if you are more clear in explaining your troubles. Also, it might help to make sure to use the right forum. Are you talking about the Kindle Fire mobile app? If so, try the Android forum. Are you talking about the Logos 6 "send to kindle" feature? If so, try the Logos 6 forum.
