When I start L4 A11, I get the downlading icon indicating 1.02 GB download, but it doesn't download anything. Within a minute, the blue icon goes away until the next time I start L4. Any ideas? Should I upload logs?

Anyone had a chance to look at these logs yet? Anything else i need to do on my end to fix this downloading problem?

Developers don't always have time to post, but they do read these and when there is a solution, or if they need more info, they will post something. Silence usually means they are working on it.
Maybe not the answer you were hoping for, but I hope that helps :-)
I have exactly the same problem. I decided to bite the bullet and upgraded from Platinum to Portfolio, which would be approx. a 1 GB download. About 80 MB downloaded and then it just quit and will not restart. It now says "Downloading 0% of 920.8 MB" continually.
Gary, try canceling the update in progress. Shutting down L4. Restart and try to start the update again.
