New Android device not listed on my account page

I was the recipient of a new Samsung Galaxy S 4 Tablet for Christmas.  It is very nice. It is running Android 4.4.2.

I currently have Logos 5 installed on my computer, have not upgraded to Logos 6 yet.

I downloaded the Logos Bible app from Google Play Store, it installed just fine, and I signed into it with my Logos account.  My library was immediately visible from the Library page.  But, the device is not listed any where on my account page with Logos.  My wife's IPad is listed (I installed Logos and Vyrso to it 2 years ago- they work just fine.)

My question is, how do I get my Galaxy Tablet to show up on my account?  I want to send some parts of my library to it, but it is not showing up.

Thanks!

I think this function of Logos has been broken for a while. You can still download books directly from the Library page in the Android app itself. I personally am waiting to download many of my resources because whenever they fix this, they'll probably make us do a fresh reinstall and we'll have to download the books all over again.

I discovered the issue when I did a factory reset on my tablet (which was working fine, other than being slow). Prior to the factory reset, the Logos app was working and linked to my Logos desktop. So far, Logos has not fixed the issue. The advice is (which is too late for you and I) to not do a factory reset on your device unless you have no choice at all. Once you do that, the connection with your desktop will be broken.

    Waiting for the fix.

Thank you.  My tablet never showed up on my account page, so I guess it was broken before I got the thing!

    I appreciate the responses!
