Greek Audio New Testament - resource no longer highlights Greek words as they're being read aloud...

Yesterday I purchased the above software after reading user comments detailing how this resource highlights the Greek text as it's being read.  However, the product didn't do this for me.  I have Logos 6, with bundles that contain compatible Greek texts.  A call to tech support confirmed that this functionality is no longer available for this product.  I would ask that Logos restore the functionality that this product used to have; it would help beginning Greek students like myself.

I recall having this feature while I had L5, but I think it was not terribly accurate

Gold package, and original language material and ancient text material, SIL and UBS books, discourse Hebrew OT and Greek NT. PC with Windows 11

This is a strange information. In fact, there is/was a bug regarding this functionality in L6, but this has been fixed in the current beta cycle. Thus I can see the moving grey ball in my installation:

This will be working for you once the beta goes stable (or earlier if they put the fix into a service release)

I don't have the beta, but I still have this problem in Logos 6.0a (SR-5 6.0.1.1352).

If is is fixed when the beta comes out, that will be great.

If the salesperson that the OP spoke to is correct, and this functionality has been removed, perhaps we can all get refunds for the broken product that no longer works as it was advertised to.

I still hope it will be fixed, though. Bradley Grainger did file a bug report on it:

It is fixed - I am running 6.0b beta 4, I did a small video of the Greek audio with NA28 that you can download from my dropbox folder linked below. You can see in action, in the video it references Greek Audio New Testament, and the speaker is John Schwandt.
