problems with library and crashing

When I try to use the biblical people, L4 closes down. 

Also, I bought three books for my library and can't find them in my library.   I have restarted my computer and logos and still the same. 

I am using the latest version of logos for mac A11.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    This could be a problem if you don't have all the biblical people resources installed. You can enter "Update resources" in the Command bar and then select the option under "Tools". Give it a few minutes and you should see the indexer icon pop up in the menu bar.
