Logos 6 Crash

So all that I'm doing is trying to open Logos 6. It opens the window and then immediately crashes. I downloaded the archiving software so I could post the log here, someone please help! Thank you so much in advance!

p.s. I got instructions for how to do this online, let me know if there's some other way I need to provide information.

You gathered and posted the logs just fine... good job! [:)]

The logs don't show a crash, which indicates that you might have grabbed the logs before the app crashed. Do you know if that is the case? Here is the correct order:

Make sure logging is enabled. (you can use the tool in my signature line if you didnt use it)
Open logos and allow it to crash.
With Logos closed, grab the logs.

If you are sure you followed that sequence, then the only thing I have to suggest is to try opening to a blank layout. Press and hold the command key immediately upon startup.

You are running 6.0a SR-4 and this crash may have been fixed with SR-5. Start Logos with the CMD key held and login. If it does not crash type update now in the Command box. Otherwise update Logos from your Order History page, using the order for your Logos 6 upgrade to locate the download files.

Okay so far holding the command key down and opening it worked...it opened up a sign in window, and when I submitted my login info it opened a blank window. Nothing happened for a full minute, so I pressed the Home button and for a brief second the whole screen glitched (scary!), but now it seems to be downloading updates. Hopefully this includes the one you mentioned above (SR-5), so this won't happen again.

I will post a follow up on whether or not the issue is resolved.
