Here's a CP bundle that hasn't yet reached 100%:

Textual Studies on the New Testament (8 vols.)

And yet I own everything in it already:

See, those titles match up exactly with what's in the CP bundle:

I acquired them as part of the Logos 6 Biblical Interpretation Bundle, XL.

So why is the CP still showing as not shipped yet? I thought people who bought larger packages that included CP resources which hadn't shipped yet had to wait for them, as with the Dictionary of Greek and Roman Antiquities which is part of a number of L6 base packages, and which the CP page also shows that I own the license to already (the bidding chart is greyed out):

I know it is not a definitive answer (or even necessarily helpful), but I have seen this a few times with Base Package upgrades. There have been a few occasions in which Base Package 'upgraders' have received some or part of a bundle prior to shipping. On a few of those occasions this has related to CP offerings which remained under bids for some time after the resources had shipped to upgraders. 

There was some discussion on the forums regarding this at the time of the L5 Anglican Upgrades. I am on my iPad at the moment (which is rubbish for searching and posting here), but can try and find the thread when I get in later. I am sure I posted (which should make it easier for me to find).

[Edit: Not that any of this explains the 'why'. But it may bring comfort (or otherwise!) to know that this is 'weirdness' is perhaps more commonplace than you initially suspected [:S] . And happy New Year, by the way! I rudely forgot to say this on the other thread.]
