Bible Reading Plan - Not Attached to Version?

I am wanting to create a Bible reading plan for my family to use on faithlife.  Is it possible to create a reading plan for the Bible that is NOT attached to a particular version?  It seems that I have to assign it to a version when creating it.  I want each to read in the versions that they prefer.

The L6 custom reading plans are not attached to a version - however, they are a bit cumbersome to build and - from what I read on the forums - currently won't sync over to mobile devices.
