Easy way to copy the reference range from from an existing reading plan

I have a harmony reading plan for the NT that I am using for one plan that I'd like to use for another resource reading plan. I'm trying to figure out an easy way to copy the reference range from from this existing reading plan to my new plan. I can't seem to figure out how to copy this. Is there a way?

I thought I should add a screen shot in order to clarify what I mean. I am trying to copy the custom verses that are in the red box.

If you click the dropdown menu next to Read, can you right click on the range and then select Copy? Maybe I can only do that because I made a named range out of my Chronological list of passages. But it's worth a try for you.

If that doesn't work, then export it to a new Word document, select the column with all the reference ranges in it,

copy, paste to a new Word document (or just delete everything in this document besides that one column), then select the column again by itself and Convert Table to Text,

then do a global replace of ^p^p (two paragraph marks in a row) with comma followed by a space.

That should do it for you:

Then you can select and copy all of that into a new Reading Plan.

I had tried that already and also tried it again now with no luck. I don't think I made a "named range" like you did. I'm not even sure how to do that. I'm guessing that you do that in the bottom of that dialogue box. I think I may have just pasted the range in and didn't give it a title I know that I used a custom range and I'm not even sure where I got if from. That's why I wanted to copy it.

I tend to usually only create reading plans once a year so I don't use it often.

I tired this before as well as now but I can't seem to select the column. It must be something simple but I can't seem to get it to work. I've, clicked, right clicked, dragged and more but it doesn't seem to select for me. Here is a screen shot.

No. I should have read that more carefully. [:$] I was trying to do this from Logos.

On another note I don't understand why this can't be done from within Logos itself. It seems like this should be a basic task. To me there should be a "save as" to create a new reading plan.

Yes, if you had pasted the range into the "New reference range" box at the bottom and then entered a name for it in the "Title" box you'd have a named range. But I don't think you can add a name to a range after the fact. I use named ranges quite a lot for Search, for restricting my searches to a portion of the Bible:

Sometimes I forget to assign names, or don't get around to cleaning out my list of temporary search ranges, as you can see by the circled ones. But the other ones have a title first and then the range that it represents in parentheses after. It's kind of odd that those ones have the title in black and the range in grey but the ones that don't have a title have the range in black, but oh well.

The three at the top of my list have a ! prefix on them so that they'll sort alphabetically at the top of the list. I know that the "Common Divisions" section also has these three divisions, but because I have so many named ranges I have to scroll down a lot to get to the Common Divisions area, and I want to have these three quickly available.
