Verbum.com does not grey out resources I already own

I was checking out the Verbum "12 Days of Christmas" sale and was surprised to notice the resources I already own are not greyed out. Out of curiosity I placed one item in my cart and it is available for purchase. Seeing how the grey out feature is working on the Logos.com website it should not be hard to have this feature work on the Verbum.com site.

Resources I checked:

A Marginal Jew: Rethinking the Historical Jesus (4 vols.)
Peter Kreeft Bundle (27 vols.)

These resources are greyed out for me on Logos.com.

Is what I get when I click the Add button... The website is simply set up differently, indeed if you use the search things are greyed out but this page is a sale page and will not tell you you own it till you try to add it to your cart.

I checked out the page and I see that the front page losing the sale items have arrive links. When I select an item that I own and go to the product page I see a message that says I already own the item and there isn't any buttons. It appears a little different than the Logos pages as they display the greyed out buttons.

I do have both Verbum and Logos installed as separate installs on the PC.

I have the same display behavior in that the button is not grayed out. However, when I click add to cart it take me to an empty cart.

I have to ask ... are you logged in on Verbum? (I know that sounds silly, but I had occasion recently when my login was not recognized even though I had done it many time before.)

Not silly at all, Steve. I was not signed in on Verbum.com.. (I was signed in on Logos.com.)

It is acceptable now. Thanks.
