Hi folks, I sent an email to Logos, but they must be very busy right now. Bible facts is causing Logos to crash every time I try to use it. What is the process to fix this?
Any advise would be helpful.

What are you trying to do in Bible Facts?
And please enable diagnostic logging and post logs after a crash as per https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

The crash happens each time I try to open Bible Facts... I do not have opportunity to do anything.

This is an internal error in WPF that Logos can't work around. Two suggestions:
A) Have you rebooted recently? If not, try that and see if it helps.
It's often related to video drivers. If you have updated them recently, try rolling back to an earlier (working?) version. Otherwise, try updating to the latest drivers for your video card.
