I'm not sure how to report a formatting issue. Can someone help me? Raymond E. Brown's Introduction to the New Testament appears to have some formatting issues in chapter headings and sub-headings and associated pagination.

In the screen shot below you are able to see several issues related to things being bunched up in comparison with the print version:
- No space between map and major "Part 1" section.
- Part 1 is larger font, centered and underlined in the print version. Also begins a new page.
- Subheading for Part 1 is larger font and centered.
- Where you see "Chapter 1", that is a new page in the print version. That is also centered and underlined, larger font.
- There is no space between Chapter 1 and its title (should be larger font also) here but there is in the print version.
- There is no spacing between the introductory text of Chapter 1 and subsection (A) here but there is in the print version.

All of these formatting issues are repeating at the end or and beginning of each chapter.
To me, affects readability somewhat and, to my eye, is just sloppy looking.
