Liddell and Scott Greek–English Lexicon (LSJ)

I'm puzzled why Logos included LSJ in the Reformed Platinum base package. In doing so they have made a statement directly/indirectly that reformed users are more entitled to this excellent reference work over other denominational package users. That is how I see it. What are your thoughts?

It may just be a marketing thing. The way that I see it, is that a Greek Lexicon (as well as a Hebrew Lexicon) is used by ALL denominations. It's just the way that Logos/Faithlife is bundling it at the moment.

I believe that different managers are responsible for each of the denominational packages, so it's probable that the Reformed products manager decided that it was a valuable addition, while other denominational managers had other priorities. (It's also possible that it was a convenient product to help meet a target price point for that base package.)

It's part of the Verbum Capstone 6 library also.

Thanks, Rick. That makes me feel better. I wish Logos offered dynamic pricing on Biblical languages; but that's a different topic.
