how about a forum for computer, tablet and smart phone discussion? Wouldn't it be helpful?
Did you realize that there already is a forum for android and one for iPhone and iPad? Were you thinking of something different than these?
I just counted up the forums as of tonight and there are 49 of them listed at this time.
Hello, Rich,

Rich, Are you talking about hardware forum?
People post threads about discussing various hardware in the General forum, or in the Android, iPhone/iPad, Windows Store forums if it's for mobile hardware, or one of the Logos Desktop forums if it's specifically to talk about what's the best hardware that will run Logos.
If it's for more general hardware banter, it doesn't really belong in the Logos forums. There are plenty of other forums online for asking and sharing info about computers, tablets, and smart phones. But that sort of stuff still does go on here from time to time and it isn't likely to get you scolded.
I think there are already too many forums on the Logos forums main page, and I would vote against a proliferation of more of them unless there's some consolidation first, like maybe a collapsible section called "Foreign Language Forums" which most of us who don't follow those forums can leave collapsed so they don't take up all that space on our forum home page. And another collapsible section for Denomination Specific Products.
Actually what I want is a "help Bob run Faithlife" forum to get all the "helpful hints" relegated to a forum I can easily ignore. And everyone would be glad I could ignore it because I know nothing about running a business - pricing, licensing, long range profitability, side endeavors ...

[Y] Sardonically spot on! If it comes to pass, may I help you not read and not post on it?

I really do think that a hardware forum would be helpful. I know that there has been several times I was lost in getting something back up and running with a non-Logos issue, but wasn't sure how to do it and got helped here. Since we're all hardware/software dependent and the majority of us aren't techie, it might be useful
yes, I was thinking about a hardware forum.
