Transfer to new PC

I am running Logos 5 on my Windows 7 PC. I have bought a new Windows 7 PC (much better hardware). Both 64-bit. Both are running fine. What is the best way to transfer all my files / library to the new PC? Can I install Logos 5 on the new one and then just copy the data somehow? I would prefer not to download everything again. Bandwidth is limited. Any suggestions? Thanks, Leon.
