I am just playing around with a new group I started for my church. I added a few events to my calendar and cannot delete them. Is there a way? What am I overlooking

There's a delete action in the settings page.

Not sure what I am doing wrong but I don't see it. Also when i click on the links in you're reply I get a page can't be found message.
