I can't tell you how often I've had a book open and wanted to copy and paste the title of that book somewhere (e.g., on the forums). Can't do it except from the Library info panel for that resource. But it's not easy to get to that from having the book open in Logos. You have to type in the title (or at least a part of it) to find it in the Library.
Yes, I can go to the top of the resource and copy the title from the title page, but it's all caps, and I often want it in the mixed case that shows up in the Library listing.
In addition to being able to copy the title, it would be nice if we could edit it there in the Resource info panel too, without having to locate it in the Library first. And while we're at it, to add or edit the short title too. Short title isn't even visible in the Resource info panel. I tried opening the Book of Common Prayer just now by typing BCP into the Command Bar and it didn't work because it didn't have that as the default short title (shocking! I've reported it in the appropriate place). So I did finally type in Book of Common Prayer and was able to open it, but then I couldn't add the short title it needed from there, and had to ALSO go and find it in the Library where I could edit that. Extra work. Too often Logos makes me do extra work for things that should be simple and quick.
