PB Book build failure

I know others have reported this, this is the first PB I have built in awhile. It was a brand new book, I compiled it, clicked Finish, then clicked Edit, all I changed was the name of the other (left off his first name), the source Word doc had not been opened since before I brought up the Personal Book pane in the first place. Here is the error; I tried closing all panes and reopening the PB pane, still no luck:

And here is an interesting twist - I tried again, still could not build, same error. So I created another new book I wanted to add, built it, click finished, went back to the original book, opened it in the PB pane and clicked build, and it compiled!  Building the second book apparently cleared whatever was locked on the first book.
