Passage Guide Crash

After the last update I received, 4.01.3.5180, whenever Passage Guide is invoked Logos will crash after it has begun to paint the different resources it has found. Inside the log the error is a SQLiteException: The database disk image is malformed. Everything else seems to be working OK.
